What are the different types of interior and exterior paints you use?
We primerily use Products from Asian Paints.
For Interior we use

What are the per sqft rates for all the types of paint you use?
- Price starts from Rs. 8 for interior paints repainting and Rs.13 for fresh painting*
- Price starts from Rs. 14 for repainting and Rs. 21 for exterior fresh painting

Is the price per sqft inclusive of putty and primer?
- For Premium variants (repainting) we use touch up putty, one coat of primer and 2 coat of paint will be applied by default and price is inclusive of touch up putty and primer.
- For Tractor breeze and premium emulsion Matex Gold (repainting) the price per sqft will include only touch up putty and 2 coats of paint.
- For all fresh painting, 2 coat of putty 1 coat of primer and 2 coat of paints are applied of all variants and paint types
- For example, if you are going for tractor/breeze Emulsion fresh painting then it will cost you Rs. 23 (2 coat of putty Rs.11, 1 coat of primer is Rs.3 and 2 coat of paints will cost you Rs.9 so the total is Rs. 23 per sqft)
What are the different types of paint finishes?
Matte Finish: Matte finish provides smooth and clear look.It can be applied to walls along stairways, in dining rooms, family and living rooms and master bedroom areas.
Eggshell Finish: This is the preferred choice for rooms that receive a moderate amount of traffic. Any patches or stain can be washed away with a cloth. This finish is often used in baths, children’s bedrooms, living areas.
Satin Finish: Satin finish paints are probably the most commonly used finish, on both interior and exterior surfaces. They are the slightly shinier counterparts of eggshell finished paints
Semi-Gloss: Semi-gloss paint finishes are known for both their durability and wash ability. This finish is more reflective than satin but is not as shiny as gloss.
Gloss: They are at the epitome for providing the highest amount of durability and sheen. The highly washable paint can be used on cabinets and woodwork.
How long it will take to complete the painting job ?
Does PaintMyHome offer a warranty for the painting services?
yes we do give service warranty & assist to get brand warranty *.
One year Service warranty , Warranty will not be applicable for physical damage, dampness and seepage problem. Brand warranty subject to the Quantity and Area of the building .
What is the payment schedule?
1. 40% of advance payment to be released prior to the start of the job.
2. 40% of 2nd Installment to be released after 1st coat of Paint.
3. 10% of 3rd installment to be released after 2nd coat of Paint
4. 10% Final Payment to be released after the QC.
Is there any Point of contact (POC) to address my concerns throughout the painting project?
Yes, we do provide dedicated project managers for a single point of contact and coordination. The customer can coordinate with the project manager for any queries.
